What is Customer Service?
Nothing is more frustrating than calling for technical help and
getting an electronic voice box asking you to "press numbers" or
maybe end up in an "call center" located in other countries.
Customer support is the most important aspect of our business
and we are committed to provide the best possible customer
support with a "live voice" at the other end.
Our technical services are available by phone or email; 8:00AM to
4:30PM PST (USA) Monday through Friday (except nationally
recognized holidays).
